    Yup, I agree. Also, I must say that I love his art style: it's got this raw feeling to it. Although he's not alone in evoking this feeling, most other hard-boiled sci-fi manga try to keep their art style raw, detailed, and visceral, at least in my experience. The protagonist is kinda doomed though.
