Character Review:
1-Joon (Main Character)
he is a pos, he is leading on 3 girls at the same time which is evil, he also keeps playing with the emotion of his wife by constantly going to concert of his ex-girlfriend
ALSO he constantly is saying HEY, are you cheating on me with your manager when he literally keeps hugging and holding hands of other women!! fuck this guy

2-Duna
i hate people who smoke, so right of the bat i hate her, she is portrayed as being strong independent woman!! MY ASS
she literally decided to suck the cock of the company that blackmailed her instead of fighting back, she said the lawsuit would cost her gazillion dollars, BULLSHIT, no company even in north korea (the best korea after reading this shit) can do this to you, she decided to ghost his boyfriend for around a year or two instead of sharing the problem so that the two of them can fix it together.
she is a cheating lying evil bitch
i tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because of the lawsuit but in the last page she literally says she could give up her career and join MC but that is not her place and that he would be happy but i would be miserable, if you choose your career instead of your relationship, you are cheating EXACTLY in the sense as if some richer partner has come to the picture and you chose them, it is cheating and it has to be called that
you are the most important thing in the world, never forget that joon, promise me you never leave me, i will always be by your side, i'll never leave you,i love you so much
ALL of these quotes are lies and she knew she is lying at that moment, this is why the story is garbage, this is not the Duna that we knew, no way she says "my fame is more important than him" when we know she is constantly afraid that people are leaving her behind

3-Ira
easily the best girl, she was just a little dumb, why do you keep remaining around this loser of a mc! she truly deserved better, the author did her dirty, she became replacement for duna, even when she is trying to have a connection to mc, we keep getting flashbacks of duna! even the author knows this is a bad relationship, so why did the author did this?

all the other characters are horrendously bad or redundant
the author doesn't understand what love is, at all, she thinks love is those moment of excitement you feel in a relationship, the author ,it's a female, is mistaking lust and crush and passion for love, most likely because she is an empty loser herself, i love you so much that's why i have to let you go and chase my career that i was blackmailed into but gods please don't let him get hurt so much! LOOOL

if you think i'm butthurt because of the sad ending, think again, i'm currently reading Aeneid by Virgil and i cried my eyes out for "Dido", the Dignified Queen who got destroyed by Venus and how Aeneas was forced to abandon her against his wish, that is a tragedy because it's well built, there is no loophole, this my friends is trash

i see people coping by saying the ending was realistic, well yes it is realistic because retarded people end up in this situation

Loved it! You go from dating for 3-5 months to someone to start seeing and staying with a person for longer. The first time maybe you actually fall in love with someone and understand that you haven't really been in love before and understanding that being in love is not what keeps a relationship. It was great. Every character is interesting and I loved how it took the realistic route.

I will say it in short and very easy so others who are thinking about reading it will hesitate and better just ignore this dogsh*t of a manhwa that is. The 1st season was solid and while it had a lot of flaws, it was so minimal that an average reader will never even be bothered by it. It was funny, a little bit dramatic (sometimes), but overall a very heartwarming story.

What happened in the final season was just pure horrible. The writing was horrendous and so immature, that one might even wonder if it is the same person who did worked on the first season. It got worse with every chapter until the very end. I dont know if the author wanted to be edgy/different (because happy endings are too mainstream/boring) or if she simply lost interest in the story, but boy does the ending suck. also, so many loose ends.

we never find out what happened to duna's contract after she went back. we never find out why she stayed in the industry, what the deal with director assface is, none of it. By far my preferred ending if we had to be subversive of clichés and Joon had to end up with someone, would have been that Joon ended up with someone not Ira or any past love interest, and Duna just continued to do her own thing. Also Joon going back to Ira feels very and I mean very rushed and like a last minute decision by the authors part. Which as evident by the author creating a side story just to justify the relationship seems to be true. It feels like the author thought to themselves that they can't have Joon end up alone and they had already set up hits that he may end up with Ira so wtf make that the ending. To me more realistically, specially after seeing friends fall in love as deeply as Joon did with Duna, Joon would have either waited several years before being ready to date again or would have just waited for the impossibility of Duna coming back. Out of all the possibilities of Joon and Duna not ending up together by far the best and my preferred one would have been that we get several chapters of time skips or something of Joon working to really get over Duna and the ending having him either be happy alone or him going on a date for the first time in several years. This story the cliché of Duna and Joon working out would have worked way better than Ira and Joon ending together or really any other ending. Tbh the pacing of the story really undermines what ever relism the author tried to shoe horn at the end. Had the author spent a hundred chapters just showing us how Joon got over Duna and stuff the relism would have hit way harder and would have probably made for an amazing story but the truth of the matter is that they literally spent 20 chapters breaking a relationship hundreds of chapters in the making and showed no development of the characters within the actual story and instead made a whole side story just to justify their bad ending.I was never that invested in the story (never thought its one of the best romances) but it still sucks ass. what a waste of time.

the art is kind of Nagel + old manga style, pretty consistently compelling. the story is a sometimes light, sometimes portentous or heavy romance dramedy, and i keep coming back to binge it. i was born in the 70s and there's a very nostalgic vibe to so much of this manhwa for me that i wouldn't give it up even if the twists continue being so predictable/cliched.
