While Devil is a Part-Timer technically follows your claims, I won't yield it. All the male leads are educational barbarians who've never had a chance to learn how to cook. Hell, for much of their existence, they didn't even need to eat in any real way. The greater story conspired to create the issues here, not stereotypes about cooking.
Let's just ignore Food Wars because that's too inconvenient to your point.
Plus there's a bunch of Isekais where the protagonist uses his cooking prowess to impress people, either as part of endearing his harem to himself or because its a food-junky manga.
