Let me just quickly address something first: If you're looking for porn, this has it, so just go ahead and read it. It has something for just about everyone, so you probably won't be disappointed.

More importantly though, this is so much more than 'just' another porn isekai. It's an interesting exploration of fantasy science and biology, second only to Dr. Stone; while also tackling important social and cultural issues. For example, it criticizes blind faith in religion without offending an actual religion by shorting the shortcomings of a fictional, fantasy religion, and how that fanaticism would look to a human who knows almost nothing about their beliefs. Then it turns that around to discuss the shortcomings of human belief structures, as if they were viewed from an outsider's perspective. It's genuinely thought-provoking on both horny and non-horny levels, which is something many stories struggle to achieve.

Overall, 10/10. Everyone (18+) should read this.
