I won’t lie and say that it’s different from others of its kinds in this genre — it’s not.
OP MC in an academy setting, learning at breakneck speed. Great art, great fight scenes. Bits of mystery to keep me interested.

This manga falls short in every aspect, from its uninspiring art and lackluster story to forgettable characters. It's such a mediocre piece of content, that I'm amazed that this currently holds a 7.2 score (as of writing), since it doesn't qualify for that at all.
The 17 chapters out aren't bad but each of them is too short for anything to happen and full of cliches. I it hadn't done the typical flaunting his money and pampering his sister (this but itself would be fine but it unnecessarily brings out many potholes) or had included at least one original element I would easily be a solid 7.
But alas it didn't so unless the story gets crazy interesting I don't have hopes for this one. Even though it's based on a complete novel ...
