The story is simple, but I like the setting and the art. The character is held back by the slow progression of his stats (particularly mana), but he already has some experience using his stats to their full potential. I'm wondering if this 'prophet' aspect might not quickly become tiresome in the upcoming chapters.
There is no scene setting, just a lazy concept that there are portals and that the MC's in the army. After 25 chapters, he's just literally "eaten" the objects the bad guys should have and even some the good guys should have. He also constantly disobeys his superiors, so it makes me feel that it went with the trend of the MC being in the military instead of actual story planning happening.
It is also the trope of constantly putting his past self as a ghost or whatever when thinking that bothers me.
