Mangasee > Manganato / MangaDex : Mangasee as primary site and Manganato or MangaDex as back ups for if the manga isn't on Mangasee or if the site goes down one day.
I haven't used Mangadex after they redone their website because most manga were behind for the months they were down but they might have updated most of the manga by now.
Anime-Planet : decent site to look for new manga and make a list (I haven't used it recently because I just randomly browse Mangasee now and use the subscribe list)

I can kind of see both points,
She’s upset because in important factors revolving around his life and future he doesn’t involve her whatsoever as if he isn’t considering her
And to him it’s like no matter what he tries she’s not content but he just wants to be able to provide and support her and figure it out so they can be together
