Some individuals seem born under a lucky star, destined to bask in wealth and fame, while others remain unnoticed in the shadows. Confucius Kim, an F-class hunter with no skills to his name, is certainly not among the fortunate ones. He passes his days lamenting his unremarkable life and jealously tracking the achievements of the celebrated Flame Emperor, for whom the enigmatic, monster-filled Tower serves as nothing more than a red carpet.
Then one day, Confucius gets an unexpected chance to bridge the gap with his idol when he gains the ability to copy other people's skills. The catch? He must be killed by them first!
