    For everyone wondering why D Gray Man has such infrequent chapters. Hoshino is has some major health issues from the inhuman amount of hours shes worked. All those years of frequent high quality chapters has essentially destroyed her wrist. Carpal tunnel and arthritis which obviously makes it extremely difficult to draw. And like many other overworked mangaka she had neck injuries from being slumped over. Its unfortunate since I believe we are just over halfway done with the manga maybe 60%. Personally I think if she turns this into a Light Novel to cover much more content in shorter span of time it would do very well
