I imagined that they all sang the Jigglypuff song and I'm content for today.

This is pretty decent. The "quirks" of the isekai, like him not being able to speak to humans and being super ugly by that world's standards is really cool and I apreciate that they're clearly having (mostly inconvenient) effects, while the authour has the commitment to not erase them from the story. The art is very good. The plot is building up to become decent. I will say that our 2 ladies, Tomoe and Mio are indeed top tier and whenever they are on the page it's always a good time. Not even referring to ecchi, although that is also greatly appreciated. pls no bonk.
