I have a feeling that the fourth prince most likely read the letter.. probably did it in his second reality due to his nen ability..i don’t understand why he would forgo reading the letter when he showed in the last chapter that he could multitask so many different things while training his nen.. I would imagine him thinking it would just be another challenge
