    Kind of strange how this time the one that got punished for not saying anything at that moment was the girl. Maybe I'm used to see 2nd ML just take the L because they never say anything.

    The manga is fine for a time passer, but I reccomend the novel. For example, in this latest chapter it was so dumb to make Canaan at fault for Temas' escape. In tje novel Canaan was sidelined while Tsukuru was torturing him & getting info from him. Tsukuru then let his gard down while asking for advice from the girls and when he turned away, Temas took the opportunity. It was actually Canaan who was able to track him, but in the end Tsukuru's revenge failed.
