The bad ending would be that he dies, or has AFO take his quirk so he is forced to stop being a vigilante. Or the good ending would be that after this incident he is recognized by other heroes and the safety commission and gains his much deserved status as an official hero. In that case, his dream ending would mean that that dream ended because it is now reality, with him finally becoming a hero.
