Moon-led Journey Across Another World. Hard to really sum up, but it's interesting for awhile.
World Trigger. I love all the different gadgets they make with that stuff.
Yakuza Reincarnation. That lady/guy is pure fire. It's awesome.
Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou. Imagine pulling yourself from the pits of hell with nothing but willpower and spite.
Hitoribocchi no Isekai Kouryaku. This guy is a mad lad. Hella creative, funny. Interesting character. Not just some John Doe. They're actual character in this one to, not character traits propped up to deliver exposition.

Not all of these line up with being like this, but they are m personal recommendations.

Pretty good in my opinion, and I like the plot twist that happened towards the end.

Najimi...our favorite gender-pragmatic imp. They just got power-crept by the wacky and uncharacteristic march of every other one of Komi's friends! But we remember...the first of the non-Tadano friends in the notebook, and first and foremost in our hearts. Also Komi and Tadano's throuple partner, cuz let's be real, there's some harem shit happening in this manga. If Tadano can swap genders like that and have so many people ogling, Najimi has to be even higher-level.
