nay, he isnt ruling by fear. Doing an incredibly cruel act once and never again is a tactic used by many rulers to get rid of an absolutely godawfully annoying faction/party from your country, while obtaining both fear and respect. However, if one repeats an act of cruelty, they become a tyrant and shall be fated to fall. It is a last resort method, and can only be done once per ruling. One that rules by fear is a tyrant, it is the worst method of ruling as everything built atop fear, crumbles when the tyrant falls.

Finished this... what a waste of my time.  There is literally nothing of note here.  This was axed for a reason, and a good one at that.

The description is so off base from what is actually happening(?) in the story.  First off there is no 'fight for supremacy' in this what so ever.  The whole monster world affecting the real world situation is not only not there, its more like something the author thought they were doing.  The MC falls asleep then wakes up in the other world but in both cases it is played for gags, literally in the first/second chapter when he wakes up he is in the future(?) where the demon people are living and his sister is there too.  Then it happens again and again, but now his parents have demon caretakers now, so on so forth.

The series can decide if it wants a scene to be serious or a joke, so it tries to make it both at the same time and fails horribly.
