The premise of this manga is so weird. The author clearly is trying to give the message that having a sexually active relationship history isn't a bad thing but at the same time he shoves the fact that the FMC is "experienced" every single damn time. That's completely counterproductive, it just makes everything weird and MC sounds awkward as hell. Her back story was also pretty weird, like how she just went with the flow and didn't know better. Why should she "know better" if it's an okay thing to do? Idk maybe I'm reading too much into this

It functioned entirely due to him, another character admits it. And they got rid of him due to politics. Two of the other four got too arrogant and decided to throw him under the bus, and after that happened the populace thought he was useless because all of his achievements aren't widely recognized or known. But now that he's gone they're basically useless even if they're too stupid to realize it. It's a typical "I was thrown out of the party despite being the strongest" story, because no one else bothered realizing he was the only one keeping shit running.
