    I am gonna guess that it's part of his back story that will be explained. For Christ sake the dude had blood on him, in an abandoned hospital, at age 5, likely with physic powers. Sounds like he had a fucked up childhood and his only real enemy that is restricting him is a fucking stand user without the gravitation of stand uses to bring them together. He is basically fighting a nerfed Golden Requiem.
