Damn this chapter was a rollercoaster of emotions. It went from sad to happy then back to sad to happy again. Also Biyoo and Uriel are adorable.

This manga is really unique from the other isekais. As the title has said, it involves pharmaceutical stuffs. However, the MC is absurdly overpowered. I can't remember much, as I probably need to re-read this, but there is no character development. The storyline, however, is interesting, to say the least. It involves pandemic, which is not bad at all. Somewhere or someone out there wants the kingdom the MC lives in destroyed, so they decide to release disease akin to the Black Plague. The MC is very OP, but he is overwhelmed by the sheer amount of people needed to be healed because of this. Therefore, him being absurdly OP does not mean that it is a bad thing in this manga.

Overall, I would rate this 6.5 out of 10. The knowledge about medicines isn't that much, so you can still enjoy it.

Well you're not wrong, murder always just seems to work out. We wouldn't have met Lakun and Dakan if we never got that necklace from murdering a bunch of orcs in the forest, and there was nothing even wrong with them afaik, they just happened to be carrying the necklace. Clearly there's never negative consequences as long as the targets are nonhumans. Still, it would have been pretty funny if buddy missed the scripted event by seeing the second giant coming and immediately attacking lol.
