The father is such trash comparing him to stepping in dogshit would be more insulting to the shit. He could make anyone's blood BOIL at how negligent he was. He claimed he was neutral but he's SO neutral that he never moved once towards any meaningful action because "neutrality" I could explain some really spoilery stuff but let's just say he's the real villain of this story. And a majority of things could have been solved by him actually caring about his daughter.

Anyway, I am happy that Imai-sensei has an already made story to follow, he has a great art style and his concepts for stories are good, but BOI... does he fumble with his writing, he only knows how to make hype moments and simply can't make build-ups.
