    It's a really novel concept but the thing that's nagging me is WHY DON'T YOU MASTER YOUR NERFED POSEIDON POWERS! you have a father who is omnipresent and you don't even try to figure out how if you too can use the skill or figure out the basics of moving water you just try to pull a little mermaid, fail, and learn magic like a pleb. Spirit king appears to be on par with dragons so why is 1/10 of that power not maximized before your escape attempt. well the answer is apparently that the MC is just stupid and naive but seriously just master the big ass wave, water whip, water blade, jet cutter, or any of the OP applications of magic water. Fuck even create water with the knowledge of physics would make me on par with a average isekai MC's by comparison if this was still real world.
