Yeah, can't really get around the fact that the male lead acts like a man child. Both leads just turn dumb in a moment. I can understand that the fl doesn't really like him because she got bullied for knowing him, but why would you then agree to marry?
Wow its great to see a webtoon with a male lead who is an actor that isn't an arrogant jerk. The love feels so pure and good. Both the male lead and female lead are very competent. A badass female doctor who's passionate about saving people and a charming and handsome male lead who's earnestly loved the same woman his entire life. What more could you ask for? The story is very cute and funny without becoming boring over time. Given the jobs of the leads it's easy to add drama and intrigue whenever it's needed. The art is also very enjoyable.
I see no indicators of any reason to think that there is a rape scene.
