    I've been wondering about that. They kinda sidestep it by saying every fight happens in those space pockets, but a lot of the assholes tend not to give a shit about that. Not to mention it seems kinda questionable that they would give a shit enough to put effort into hiding from normal people. Most are the type who would be happy to rule a country through force and fear. It doesn't add up. Author should have added some neutral force to enforce secrecy if it was actually a part of the story.
