Just now, I've read reviews of the anime adaptation on IMDB. And people said that the harem aspect felt fake, and that it was a distraction to the story. Also, critics said that the story was also incoherent but that's the review so far from IMDB:

Honestly, this is nothing special at all. It's generic trash but still better than average generic trash because the art is actually quite good and the ecchi is nice and rapid fired. The plot/story is garbage but simple and easy enough to read while laughing at how stupid it is.

Really, it feels very forced most of the time, but we don't expect it to make much sense. The abilities make no real logical sense, there doesn't appear to be a logical, proper system to it all, as if everything was thought of on the spot with zero scrutinizing. There's no real connection between various abilities and we can only sum everything up as "it's weird magic, lol", the power system is simply flippant.

The author just adds whatever he wants and it's at best wish fulfillment. The garbage story is saved by the great art, sexy scenes and actually quite cool chuunibyou scenes/transformations. The super rapid pace and drama that fails to evoke any feelings actually works in its favor because the story, characters and world building are done so badly that if the author managed to make us take anything seriously, it would backfire and be really damn annoying to read.

The protagonist is a real masochistic fool but at the same time he's somewhat likable simply because he lacks the most detestable parts of similar characters, he's actually useful, he tries his best, he ENJOYS being treated harshly and takes no offense to anything. He doesn't mind being treated like a slave or being used. It's pretty much his hobby and he can be "cool" when he needs to. I'm more inclined to being a sadist myself and my favorite protagonists are more in control, intelligent, powerful and scheming, but I can still enjoy the opposite spectrum if the protagonist has a decent attitude about it and is treated like that because he enjoys it. The girls are likable enough that you don't want them to die either.

So, I end up laughing at the supposed "drama" instead, because it's just so silly, simple and forced, so out of place. While I notice out of place story elements and actions all the time, things that make no sense, I just turn a blind eye because I know perfectly well what this is, just ecchi trash where art matters far more than the story. Complaining about the story here is kind of like complaining that porn doesn't have a good enough story, though I do believe the best porn is the stuff that does have proper world building and storyline. Hell, even the timeline makes little sense at most, the world building is so damn bad it's kind of funny. Like how it seems the entire mato thing is kind of new but somehow there are families that has probably dealt with this stuff for at least 2 generations or more, how there seems to be very few people in this "army of super powered women", how juvenile and simplistic everything is, how the humanoid mato seems to be "new". The very idea that some random "peach" can grant powers, how skewed the structure between men and women is said to be DESPITE the supposed fact that a vast majority shouldn't have eaten any peach due to limited availability and that you need to literally apply to do so, how weak mato appears, at least at the start, since there never appears to be any real danger. Everyone's actions and decisions are far separate from how real people would act and honestly I feel a bit dumber for every chapter I read, so while I can read a volume in probably 20-30 minutes max, I don't really want to read more than a few at a time.

I somehow still recommend this as long as the protagonist keeps on being useful, energetic and enjoys his circumstances while not being a wuss about anything. The chapters can be read in a few minutes at most since there's very little text. At the end of the day, this is a shounen action ecchi manga, which is a pretty silly combination, how come the manga made for kids are some of the most filled with erotic stuff? How come such a silly plot is combined with so much depraved garbage?

This manga is very good for one handed reading. Recommended!

Ch 81,82

It tries to combine the best of your shounen action battle themes/scenes with the best fanservice it can give. And it actually does a great job. The battle scenes are well made, with the individual powers meaning they're fresh (Except when they're fighting regular demons). The fanservice is silly but also really hotly drawn. And I can't help but really like some of the characters, like the size-changer, the female mc, and especially chief of the 6th unit (kinda hope she wins the guy or its a harem end)

I'm not that enthusiastic for the series only because I've read sooo many action shounen over the last 18 years that i've mostly lost interest in the genre. But this does it well., reminding me of things like Psyren and Bleach and the like.

Plot hook isn't original, of course. Neither the isekai invasion, the girls with powers, or the slave leading to fanservice. But everything I said still applies.

A lot of people is turn off of the fact. These is world where women are reign supreme above men.

This concept have been done, many time such as infinite stratos, strike witches, imagine every single only female oriented military service like azur lane, kantai collection, girls frontline, kantana maidens and many more

This proabbly only one that made into a harem.

The only matter for me to corncern is the male mc useful?

Yes, he is
He quite generic and just caretaker but his power that make him the exeption and interesting.

Basically he can transform into a rider slave monster by the main heroine contract echained power but this come with a price. Once it used. She has to do ecchi stuff for him.

Many tried to make echhi as weapon system but all of the times. It failed due on how distracting and cringey while doing it unlike this one. This proabbaly the only manga has erotic fighting mechanism defied those expectation

Compared this to seiqan no qwanser and hentai no xodos where the ecchi is distracting and put off the action because grabbing someone and sniff panties transform into kame rider and sucking someone tities to regain chakra while fighting is stupid and made you like an idiot.

The ecchi, most of the time occured after fightng scene is over and the mc transformed back into human. Then goodies come in. This is good because it know when to fight and give sexisual fanservice at right time and right place. Unlike shaving to our face continiously and mixing along with it thus it ruined the mood of fight intensity.

Now let talk about the girls. In early chapter 5, the girls dont acknowledge him. That made sense within the hiearchy. as soon he stood his ground in the futher chapter. It become less disrespecful and feeling more appcrieted within the group. Some gain romantic feeling for him in certain events.

There such huge cast of girls in terms of variety and well- design this manga. It outselled quintriplets and rent- gf to bankrupcy
There is one for everybody. That break the typical natural harem selection

That is very refreshing.
The action is very dynamic and the ecchi reward nevery get stalled and refeshing please.
That actually a plot.

I would encourage people read this. Till chapter 15. To understand where am coming from.
