After 18 chapters, here's my quick thoughts of this manga:
Plot writing: mediocre
Art style: slightly below mediocre
Character writing (mainly the MC): below mediocre

The MC is a cynical person who carries with him all the bad memories/experiences of his past life, as a japanese sheep (aka. "a company slave), so that we can be regularly reminded, how he can't trust other people.
Also, since this protagonist is basically just a 1-dimensional thought from the authors brain fart, the word "company slave", basically was his whole life and identity, and there seemingly wasn't anything else in his past life besides that..(?) (Yes, I know, this writing is just amazing)

I don't see myself coming back to this manga when they release more chapters, since 18th is the latest one translated on this site.
I'll give this 5/10 on MAL.
