This is supposed to be an adrenaline filed revenge story where a father goes on the hunt to find his kidnapped daughter and to take revenge on those who took her, it's basically the manga version of the movie TAKEN staring Liam Neeson.. the problem is there is to much talking and the action is not very good, the panels don't match the previous ones in the fight sceens making each seem disconnected from each other making the action subpar and disjointed, not all of them are this way but a fair bit of them are...
Extremely unrealistic. MC is a psychopathic superman, no realism in the fight scenes, no suspension, no grit. Just polished Superman comic action. NOT comparable to Taken (the Liam Neeson movie) or 24 (the TV show), because those two have gripping and realistic action.
The daughter is an unsympathetic little brat. Why would anyone want to rescue her?
Artwork is technically good, but uninspired and boring. No creativity in the fight scenes or in anything else.
Just skip this one. Pure action stories to rescue one‘s kid CAN be good. With a talented storyteller. This ain‘t one of those stories.
i would actually recommend not reading it cause of the plot surrounding said action is just so infuriating.
the guy has some weird identity but i don't think its going to be revealed or that his actions make sense even if it were revealed.
his daughter is this damsel in distress that gets into trouble from sheer stupid and he's off to rescue her, except he's definitely not going to actually get her until the very end of the series since its more like she's the protag and she's the one running from him and always escapes by a hair's breadth even if that isn't the plot.
His daughter makes me so fking mad. Why tf is she so fking dumb AARRVGHH
It is like an action film with action on top
Liam Neeson.. I mean Director KIM is gonna get his daughter back and kill a shiton of gangsters
