    The manga has limited pages to describe what's really happening lol.
    Basically, Rentt is acting sussy as fuck like a vampire(which he really is) and has all signs that point in him being a vampire.
    She's right on that account but also wrong about Rentt being the vampire murdering newbie adventurers.

    Pursuant to the OP's comment, this particular work is actually rather "fresh" within its sub-genre. Only recently was a true "overpowered MC" introduced and it is not the protagonist (that is not a spoiler: the goddess stated as much from the start). The protagonist has achieved his current strength by only a small token of divine providence (being born into a fitting family), everything else has been effort.
