The spell is a classic spell from D&D and the version that appears on the manga is not the same as the 33.5e, PF1, 5e or PF2, i was not able to find the 3e version, but the spells from 3e and 3.5e usually lasts min or hour per level. The author needed something a bit different so it ended up like a new version of the spell, but I couldn't say what version is based on for sure, but 5e was released in 2014 and it became really popular, so that might be it.

I know their name kind of implies that they don't take things seriously, but you could at least try to not sound like a bunch of dweebs.
