Hmm. So I rewatched the anime and in the first episode his friend is definitely a girl dressed as a guy. I wonder when they're gonna meet up and zing.

Don't forget that MC is a filthy commoner. The sacred court has no place for filthy commoners, in fact i find it very ridiculous that the MC even got the title of court magician. If there's anything wrong with this manga, it's that they made filthy commoner a court magician, but they actually did pretty well correcting this mistake by kicking him out.

Na. I've never played yugioh before, I just don't care about your opinion. You tried too hard on a comment that was just a statement on the pacing of the story. your paragraph had nothing to do with what I said and really never reached a point. I don't know your standing on the subject, do you like your mc's op or do you not.  I don't even know if you like this series. What was the point of your comment?

Alright. I'll give it another 20-30 chapters before I start to read it again. It's okay to have a lot of mysteries, but I'd like it if some of them got solved along the way. Once we are at like 270~ there should be enough progress to binge read.
