I think it means that the monsters have a really high defense that normal weapons, that are still basic since every warrior has a sacred weapon, are just weaker and he just made a really good weapon that has higher quality than monster defense. it's a bit like him mining with a lot of better and better pickaxes while everyone else just buys 1 drill for life, no one else uses pickaxes because every miner has a drill that wouldn't break.
