    This whole manga is just a fever dream. He can kill anyone with the intent to kill him, but he can also manually kill someone he wants. The only reason it isn't done in 1 or 2 chapters, is because there's a girl saying "Killing = bad" and MC, who quite literally killed the universe's end, and death's personification, is just chill like that
