The series can very well be viewed as a critique to modern day feminism but if so, the demon king guy wouldn't even be the main driving force that pushes said critique. Centaur girl and the depiction of vampire culture would serve that point far better. Especially vamipre culture depicting a "feminism in the final stages" situation in which men are so suppressed by law that they simply gave up on females of their own species and started copulating with other species instead to avoid the trouble. Ironically something men are actually doing today as well, with many western men either giving up on women altogether or looking eastwards for more traditional, less extremist women. It's actually a really interesting concept and I enjoyed seeing it explored.
