This is my personal opinion, purely from character development from 1st chapter until chapter 27, I'll give 8/10. This is a good read.
Besides, if you bothered to use an ounce of imagination you wouldn't be crying for more exposition.
Probably the same kind of people who cry when authors get too bogged down in connecting every little dot and get burned out or just take forever to write a story.
