    Those two have a few striking similarities but in the end they're completely different.

    Both MC's can have multiple jobs and are able to change those of others, whilst also having an exp growth cheat.
    Then their first 2 companions consist of a wolf girl and a dwarf (loli).
    That's pretty much it.

    "Isekai Meikyuu de Harem o" is about a slow, comfy life and focuses a lot on the character interaction between a very small group of people. The job system is also treated more studiously and has interesting limitations to explore.

    "Seichou Cheat [...]" is more about adventuring around and meeting people, with a more typical plot of enemies conspiring in the dark whilst MC attempts to find a way back home (not that he really has a reason to).
