How to Refuse the Route

I’m really not sure what happened with this one. It started off so strong. I was super interested and was really enjoying the first quarter of it. It was actually one of my top favs. The large time skips were a bit jarring, but otherwise minimal issues. Then, it started going downhill.

The second and third quarter were fine. Somewhat forgettable. It just kept getting worse the longer the story went on.

The ending/last quarter was a disaster. Super rushed, nothing was explained, absolutely nonsensical. Apparently things were explained in the novel, which was completely cut out of the manhwa. After reading the explanations from the novel, I can say that the manhwa is incredibly disappointing. For people looking for explanations, go to the novel updates thread on “How to Deny the Route”.

And the romance??? What??? Jerry goes on and on about how he doesn’t feel the same way about Ilya, doesn’t return his feelings, has no interest in a relationship, doesn’t even see him as a potential partner, etc. Then all of a sudden in the last chapter he suddenly changes his mind and they get married? What?

Overall, I’m extremely disappointed. Probably one of the worse adaptations out there in my opinion. Too much crucial information cut out from the novel, next to zero reciprocated romance, and an incredibly rushed ending. Yikes.

This is Absolutely The Best Isekai BL Manhwa (included Manhua & manga) I have ever read in so far!
It's not Perfect, but the author definitely know the way to make the story so great in each moments!!!

Don't be scared with the Targets things. NO HAREM NOR NO LOVE TRIANGLE!!!

No Incest, not even fan service for it. The Brothers Target ended in heartwarming Brotherly Love because MC finally find away to make moments where he realize his brothers love actually always been just family, and he doesn't need to fear his brothers as being his Target.
The family feels are truly Great! MC love his family!!!

Also no Love Triangle because Ilya always been obviously the True One and Only Male Lead. And not just because the new Cover as spoiler, but because Ilya always been special for MC and vice versa.

While the Crown Prince act always seems in Gray area of look like an Elder brother and a Maybe someone going to have a crush. Anyway Crown Prince never stand a chance because Ilya and Jerry always have their own special bond

Ilya finally can see the Panel System. But also because of this, Jerry finally realize that Ilya's feelings and love toward him is Genuinely. And because of this, Jerry also can be honest to Ilya about his Doubt and all. ←(>▽<)ﾉ

Anyway the Manhua is truly Great. Even the Arts are Lovely Cute!!! 10/10 so far. But I only dare to give it 9/10 for now because I wait to see the ending. I pray so hard the rest of the story ended with Satisfactory!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
