Considering it's a world greatly influenced by magical items, magical flora/fauna, and an inherent job system it's possible that a base 62 system could pop up if the number saw relevance in some magical law of the world. For instance, if 62 magical crystals were required to create a higher class crystal via alchemy, and the kingdom that pioneered arithmetic traded using magical crystals rather than precious metal coins, the number system could develop around the idea of currency conversion. The far more likely answer is that the author didn't know how to properly draw an abacus, but it's fun thinking about how a base 62 number system might occur in a world like this.

Even though the final arc was a mess, the final chapter was at least a good one. Slightly open ended, tied up a lot of strings, and ended on a good note. I'm gonna miss this manga and hope the mangaka manages to improve upon this with whatever he works on in the future

Every character in this story is virtually unrecognizable compare to how they were when first introduced. And I don't mean it in a good, character development kind of way. It feels like early chapters are from a completely different manga, not too dissimilar to what happened in Domestic Girlfriend.

I suppose people's mileage may vary but I found the early chapters much more interesting.
