    Once again, the strong female fighters like Maki and Mei Mei were getting sidelined by the male casts. They really wanted to show their toxic masculinity through a typical shonen battle.

    Maki and the rest of the female survivors were just turned from strong female fighters to background spectators while Nobarra turned into Sakura 2.0 but worse than her.

    Jun has to be the single most retarded main character I've ever witnessed. I have read hundreds of books, mangas, mangas, shitty free horror stories, web series etc. Never before have I seen someone willingly walk into an illusion, knowing it's an illusion, knowing the enemy uses lies and deception, knowing that all of that enemies followers were brainwashed, and not being magically or chemically impared to be forced into believing it and simply believing everything he sees out of sheer stupidity.
