Lmao I actually understand the reasoning for the breakup and somewhat agree, too bad that the reasoning makes no sense when applied to this fucking retarded dumpster fire of a relationship.
and he can sense the swords, so you cant even sideline him, like just coming up with a way the sword bearers would end up hiding from him while still having theirs swords.. maybe the sword saint ends up killing samura? guess Shiba is gonna have storytime with Chihiro next about that dark past.. but once thats revealed, Im not sure Samura is gonna be that interesting of a character to have him as this key figure past this arc, putting Hishaku on the bench for arcs. also with Samura around, I dont think we can have multiple protags fighting different antagonists other than disposable henchmen either. so I think his role is gonna end with this arc, but I dont see what way.. maybe Chihiro weakening him, like him sustaining serious injuries from a battle with Chihiro but than either Yura or the sword saint ending up killing Samura.. at this point Samura is not even that despicable, like wasnt responsible for Chihiros fathers death in the end. he is just morally grey.
@Marvin21 Actually it isn't! There have been chapters in the original story that connect with this one, so it's not a "What if" it's a legitimate sequel, even if it's done by another author. The two of them work together. @mayukawa I just didn't like how snotty they sounded toward another user who was trying to give a legitimate answer, so I used their own attitude on them. I couldn't care less if we both have cat usernames.
