there is no such thing as bisexuality, it's the modern way of trying to be progressive & retarded. Was he in love with Futaba? or 'wanted to be in love'? or his way of rejecting his inner desire to be gay? the end portrays he was just 'gay deep down' and accepted it. All that Futaba BS was just a waste of time. People nowadays go like discovering, experimenting & finding yourself, a load of BS. The author wasted my time too much. I don't have issues with gay stories but you should put that out from the very start and provide hints so people like me can know what to expect & either continue or stop reading.

I get that, but introducing the dungeon in one chapter, clearing it off-screen and introducing the next one in the following chapter is a bit much.

At least give us a speedrun montage or something, and show them getting the new equipment instead of going from rags to full high-end plate sets with the snap of a finger.
