This is a continuation of the story of Higanjima, centered on an isolated island teeming with fish demons and embroiled in a brutal conflict between vampires and humans. After being shipwrecked by the fish demons, Ryousuke, his girlfriend Kazumi, and his friend Yamaoka find themselves washed ashore on this cursed island. They quickly experience the ruthless cruelty of the vampires firsthand. Eventually, Ryousuke manages to join forces with the human resistance. His primary goal is to escape the island, but he soon realizes that mainland Japan might not be safe for long either. If the humans fail to defeat the vampires soon, the vampires will succeed in spreading their virus to the mainland.
