Its definitely worth the read 100% and oh boy there's so many reason the story is fun and got some interesting plots and its really hilarious the characters are lit and got real drip, point is you won't get bored i promise

Suwa proving again why he is such a well-rounded leader.

He keeps his head cool, sees things by what they are and can be, knows where the talents and views of his team stand, and has the decision-making drive to do things that are needed and when they are most needed.

But funny thing... I still think he is best employed as a middle-level man, preferably in defense of their HQ, and better yet... he knows that and has no shame in that, because truly... there is none to have, being reliable is just a good a being the trump card.

That is the worst possible advice you can give someone. Diet is infinitely more effective than exercise. When you exercise you get hungrier and eat more to compensate. The best practice is to be strict on caloric intake for managing weight and exercise for general health instead.
