It's been eight centuries since the mighty Idaten deities imprisoned the demons that once terrorized humanity. To Hayato, a young deity with a sharp tongue, this tale seems more like a myth. For this modern generation of laid-back gods, there isn't much to do as they oversee humans living in peace.
