    Finished October 30, 2022. Peak. I would put this in my Undisputed Top 2 (not 3, because now the catbox has been opened) with Neil Gaiman's Sandman (the comics) - which is still number one, but honestly, mostly due to personal preference.

    A rule would be meaningless without life to follow its guidelines as well. Rules are meant to be things that make life easier and more fair, rather than being entities that restrict and oppress people/life in general. It's a nice commentary on our current world I think, with how rules were originally created for the former purpose but these days are often created for the more sinister latter reason. And, I suspect that the rules including Soul don't truly want to hold power over life; rather, they want to keep existing just as much as humans do, but unlike humans they are not given a choice of fighting for their own wills while under the true governing body's control (Luna in the manga's case, and you can probably imagine what type of people would compare in our own world). Anyway, yeah its lame that Soul is as ignorant as he is, but I'm sure we'll be getting a tragic backstory soon

    It is impossible for them to come together.
    In chapter 1, we saw Tatara dancing in the future, and that person wasn't Chinatsu.
    She was more like Hanaoka. She looks like Hanaoka but we can never be sure if it's her.
