Months of time passed in 2 chapters, some random dude that was probably memorable tried to kill the MC and failed, and now there's a disaster
And yet the MC has 0 reactions to any of this, there's no weight and everything is feeling dull because there is no reaction from the MC, why is the pacing this fast all of a sudden?

And UA has pretty high standards already. Bakugou Katsuki, the guy with enough brains and brawn to get into the school, worried about how being seen with a smoker might ruin his chances of getting into UA. So again, high standards. So it's likely that Mineta hasn't gotten into any real trouble from sexual harassment before. And we know Aizawa is already a pretty strict teacher so if there's any real problem he would have been expelled already.

Furthermore, Kaminari is also a pervert. He doesn't go as far as Mineta does on some occasions, but he's still a perv and goes along with Mineta's plans most of the time. Most people ignore this though. I'm not sure if it's b/c he's better aesthetically though.
