    Remember, when Naruto first manifested Kuruma chakra around his whole body, the chakra would burn off his skin -- and heal it back almost instantly -- over and over -- probably as a result of the seal not allowing Naruto to acclimate properly. Again, Himawari has none of the drawbacks, so she must have a chakra constitution as good or even slightly better than Naruto, and there's nothing wrong with that.
