Only reason I still continue to read it is out of boredom and a morbid curiosity for how bad its going to get.
The second is... who are the other countries in this land, and what powers do they have, one of those borders was maintained by the water fuck alone, which means that country at least may not have gifted ones if they just sent a bunch of scrubs to deal with a guy that they should know existed, but if they are still giving trouble... they have to have their own powered individuals.
