This asking help to translate in every end of the chapter would probably work better in the original language of the manga. It's hard to believe anyone understand to read Japanese or Chinese who read these in English so if you cant understand the original language then it's google translate or the like programs that cant really translate as these are direct word translation and not how it would be in the text and the meaning will change, while the translator person cant check is it right or wrong if cant understand the original language
