Anyone else think they were teleported to the Shimeji universe? Like, they straight up mentioned people with things on their heads, they're gone in the last chapters of this, and they appear in Shimeji Simulation. I feel like there's absolutely no way they weren't just teleported.

I've read some chapters of a translation that's around and it's... not comparable, the general keypoints are there but there's a lot missing and honestly I find it subpar in comparison. The church arc for example only has Jhiriel, Saria and Guitane as new characters, that's it, at least that's what I remember reading and Guitane lacks any depth.

I may suggest Choujin Gakuen up in the Related Manga section, same author and it seems the dope things of this come from Yousuke rather than Kenkyo, definitely worth a read if you like this.
