    I feel like half the people that read this manga now are either blind or just retarded. The entire point of this story was redemption and trying to find peace in a time period where all anyone cared about was war. It's about a man trying to carve a path for a better future in that darkness. It's not about giving into that darkness and just murdering people for sport. Obviously peace isn't easy and you shouldn't just stand there and let yourself be killed. But trying to communicate through words and not your fists/weapons isn't being a panzy or "woke." Like it legit feels like you morons are more bloodthirsty than the fucking Vikings in the story.
