    The military is likely using spy satellites and agents to track the MC's movements. Couple that with the fact he used the same skills he used in the assessment and his fight with the sister and it doesn't take a genius to know who it was. I mean hell he even went to her house where tilis(spelling?) lives and she likely obtained illegal blueprints to the prisons.
