Foreigner on the Periphery (2023)

Its probably their first time reading a martial arts manhwa. Most of them have around the same pacing at least from the ones I read so far. Building up the world and side characters takes time and dialogue. If they rush that it would just be left with mindless action.

I wrote like a bunch of posts about what's good and what's awful about this manga only to realize that maybe I have been reading everything wrong because jesus christ the translation it's awful.

While it's refreshing the main character has awareness and common sense the author likes to either have leaps of logical or straight up downplay events that would make sense or be logical as completely wrong solely to favor either the heroine or drama so I can't say this is a good story much less good characters. That said as much I dislike the main character nothing comes as dislikeable as the main heroine, 90% bitch 10% dere.
